UK Perspectives, which is a joint venture between Blom Aerofilms and Infoterra, approached Rocket to produce three corporate identities, the first being for UK Perspectives (UKP) which is the project name, the second being ‘Maps’, which is a Millennium project, capturing aerial photography of the UK in the new millennium, both as current imagery for commercial use, and also as an historic record. And finally, ‘Geoviewer’, which is an image viewing software, allowing the user, by leading-edge compression techniques, to view and edit high-resolution images very quickly.
